Rust Converter Primer

PREBOND-110 (Rust Converter-cum Primer)
It is a two-pack system water-based latex anti-corrosive rust converter-cum primer coating which serves a protective dark black anti-corrosive iron phosphate coating on the rusted steel structures as well as rusted reinforcement (TMT-rebar) surface. It can be applying directly on the rusted steel structures & rusted reinforcement (TMT-rebars) surface without sand-blasting, sort-blasting, wire-brushing, sand-papering, grinding or any types of rust removing process for long-term anti-corrosive application.

After its application, no any types of primer coating or any other anti-corrosive coating is required for reinforcement (TMT-bars) or structure painting. After its application it protects the coated metal surface from further rusting for next 12*-18* months without concreating or painting in any season.

PREBOND-110 is another unique solution to rust removing, sand-blasting, wire-brushing, sand-papering and applying primer process for rusted steel structures & rusted reinforcement (TMT-bar). It is an ideally suited to applications where rust removing, wire-brushing, sand-papering or sand-blasting & surface preparation is a problem and is not practical or very expensive for rusted steel or rusted reinforcement (TMT-bars).
