PREBOND-110 is a next-generation, single-component, water-based rust converter primer developed for maintenance and corrosion protection of rusted steel surfaces. Using advanced tannic-acid conversion technology, it reacts chemically with iron oxide (rust) to form a stable iron tannate phosphate layer, producing a compact black protective film. This converted layer acts as both a rust stabilizer and primer, providing an excellent foundation for subsequent protective coatings while significantly reducing surface preparation cost and downtime.

STANDARD APPLICATION SYSTEM:
1. Remove only loose rust, dust and flaky scale using a wire brush.
2. Apply one uniform coat of PREBOND-110 directly on the rusted surface.
3. Allow the converted coating to dry for at least 12 hours (overnight preferred).
4. For long-term corrosion resistant, apply two-coats of PREBOND-220-Si-PU (Anti Corrosive Paint).
5. The complete coating system provides long-lasting corrosion protection even under aggressive industrial conditions.
