PREBOND-DT400 is a two-component, self-priming, (Si-PU) silicone-modified polyurethane floor coating designed to provide a durable, hard-wearing finish on RCC concrete floors. It is suitable for light, medium and heavy traffic areas including forklift routes, workshops, garages, battery rooms, showrooms, warehouses, marine, automotive plants and chemical processing industries. The coating offers excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, abrasion, scratches, impact, oil, soap-water and wear while providing a semi-gloss, easy-to-clean, non-slip finish. Its 100% solids formulation eliminates curing shrinkage, ensuring wet film thickness equals dry film thickness. A single coat provides long-term protection for approximately 02*–03* years under normal service conditions.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Shake Part-A (base colour) thoroughly before opening.
2. Add the entire contents of Part-B (hardener) to Part-A in the ratio 04: 01 (A: B) by volume.
3. Mix thoroughly with a slow-speed for 02 minutes, scraping sides and base of container.
4. Apply immediately within pot life. Do NOT add solvents. Do NOT thin. Partial kits must maintain the 04:01 ratio
