Acid Proof Paint

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: It is a high-performance single component ready to use silicone modified epoxy-based fast-drying DTM (direct to metal) acid, alkali, salt-water & corrosion resistant monocoat (single coat) paint system. It has great bonding characteristics useful for a variety of metal substrates. It is a great replacement for two-pack epoxies, two-pack PU polyurethane paint & two-pack zinc phosphate primer/paint system for long-term acid, alkali, water, salt-water, moisture, weather, U/v, scratch & long-term corrosion resistant application.

PREBOND-220 offers unprecedented advancement in indoor & outdoor long-term acid & corrosion protection. It provides a fast-drying and a hard protective barrier that allows visual inspection of the metal surface after application. Especially, it was designed for acid & alkali proof applications, salt-water resistant application, high scratch resistant application as well as long-term anti-corrosive applications for all types of industrial sectors.

In a single coat application, it deposits a very hard corrosion resistant layer that delivers 12* to 18* months more metal protection life in highly-corrosive area. The durable film provides extreme corrosion protection even in the toughest environments, including long-term resistance to salt-water and salt-spray along with acid and alkali. 

It resists dry heat up-to 2000C with excellent resistance of corrosion in highly-acidic/alkaline/salty-area and non-acidic/alkaline/salty area at-least 03* to 04* year’s more in single coat application with excellent results. It covers 80* to 100* Sq. Ft. area in per liter which is more than other two-pack epoxy, two-pack polyurethane paints and cost wise economic too.
